Pre-authorisation
At check-in, a bank pre-authorisation equal to the amount of your stay plus a fixed amount may be requested. It is released on the day of departure, after the room has been checked.
Identification
At check-in, a valid official ID matching the name on the reservation may be requested.
Receipt
Any service of €25 or more (including VAT) will be issued with a receipt. For smaller amounts, a receipt can be provided upon request.
