MIPIM 2027: where to stay, park and how to reach the Palais
MIPIM returns to the Palais des Festivals from 16 to 19 March 2027. Four days of meetings, stands and dinners. Here is how to plan the stay from Cannes Motel in Cannes La Bocca: dates, roads, parking and evenings.

The dates to remember
MIPIM 2027 runs from Tuesday 16 to Friday 19 March at the Palais des Festivals. It opens on Tuesday 16 in the morning. Monday 15 is set-up day for the stands, which makes it the right day to arrive.
Arriving the day before means dropping the bags, checking the route and sleeping before the first meeting. The booking button in this article suggests check-in on Monday 15 and check-out on Friday 19 March. You can change the nights directly in the booking window.
Coming as a group? Not everyone needs the same nights. Stand teams often arrive on Monday, executives sometimes on Tuesday evening. List who arrives when before booking and everything gets simpler.
Where to stay: Cannes La Bocca, on the west side
Cannes Motel is at 245 avenue Francis Tonner, 06150 Cannes, in Cannes La Bocca, the western district of Cannes. The Palais des Festivals is about 5.9 km away: around 11 minutes by car in light traffic. During the show, at peak times, it takes much longer. Leave early in the morning.
The idea: sleep a little away from the centre, where parking is easy and evenings are quieter. After a day of meetings, you are back to your room, the garden and the restaurant without crossing the Croisette.
Room-wise: a Standard double with a king-size bed, a Standard twin with two beds, Superior rooms with a private terrace (connecting rooms possible) and a Family quadruple for up to 4. Enough to split a team without a headache.
Parking: free, right by your room
Free private parking on site. Park near your room. For a show like MIPIM, that matters: roll-up banners, brochures, screens and samples stay in the boot, a few steps from your room.
Arriving with a loaded car, a van or several vehicles? Let reception know before your stay, with the vehicle type and number of cars. The whole team’s arrival goes more smoothly.
By road, A8 exit 41 (Mandelieu-Est / Cannes-La Bocca) is about 1.6 km from the Motel, or 3 minutes. Put the full address into the satnav rather than “Cannes centre”.
Getting to the Palais each morning
During MIPIM, traffic into the centre is heavy. The simplest approach: leave the car at the Motel and pick the option that suits your day.
By bus: Palm Express A (Palm Bus), Saint-Cassien Cineum stop on avenue Francis Tonner, about 400 m (5 minutes on foot). Serves the centre, Gare Maritime, Hôtel de Ville/Pantiero near the Palais and Old Port, through to Cannes railway station. Check timetables at palmbus.fr.
By bike: about 23 minutes to the Palais. Bicycles available, enquire at reception. Ideal on a sunny day when the first meeting is not a three-piece-suit affair.
By taxi: handy for packed days or late returns after dinner. Just allow a margin around the show’s opening and closing times.
Arriving by air
Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is about 30.5 km from the Motel (30–40 min by car in light traffic). It is the usual arrival point for international delegates.
Flying business aviation? Cannes-Mandelieu Airport is about 300 m from the Motel, or 4 minutes on foot. Hard to beat between runway and room.
By train, Cannes-La Bocca station is about 2.9 km away and Cannes railway station, in the centre, about 5.7 km.
Stand teams and groups
Housing a stand team? Team and group rates on request. Send your dates, headcount and preferred room split through the team enquiry, or call +33 4 22 46 26 00.
Say who shares a room, who arrives separately and how many vehicles are coming. Reception will get back to you with a proposal.
Your MIPIM week, day by day
Monday 15 March: arrive at the Motel from 3pm. Stand teams head to the Palais for set-up; everyone else drops their bags, tries the route and has dinner on site.
Tuesday 16 March: the show opens in the morning. Traffic into the centre is often at its heaviest, so leave early by bus, bike or taxi and keep the car at the Motel.
Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 March: the heart of the show. Meetings, stand visits, lunches. In the evening, back to La Bocca to unwind away from the Croisette.
Friday 19 March: final day. Check out before noon; for a different time, reception can help. Bags go straight into the boot, in the free car park.
The checklist before you leave
Book the nights from Monday 15 to Friday 19 March, or whichever fit your programme. Save the Motel’s full address in the satnav. Let reception know if you are bringing a van or several cars. Find the Saint-Cassien Cineum stop, 5 minutes on foot, and the Palm Express A timetable at palmbus.fr. Send the team enquiry if you are housing a whole stand.
Evenings at the Motel
After the meetings, the Motel restaurant and bar take over. Dinner on site, a drink to go over the day, and bed a few steps away.
Breakfast is served from 6.30am on weekdays, so an early start for the Palais is easy. Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 12:00.
Park here. Pitch there. See you in March.
